Hi,

I am on L1A and travelling to India in May-June.I have a valid I-94
till Dec 2007 but my visa has expired So I'll be going for my L1A visa
stamping(in June) while in India.
Meanwhile I want to file my H1b through a new employer.

1)I want to know If there is any issue with my travel with regards to
H1B approval or change of status or L1A stamping.

2)does US consulate officer know that my h1B is pending and he may
deny my L1A stamping?or I be questioned at the port of entry?
