I'm looking for some data on the Canadian billing and statements
market. By this I mean account statements (from mutual funds,
accounts, etc), as well as the "household" bills that are printed and
mailed from businesses to consumers, NOT anything printed and sent
from business to business (which are invoices).

I want an estimate of the total number of bills and statements printed
/ received in Canada, from at least 2004, but far preferably from
2005.

If possible--and I will tip extra for more detailed information
here--I would love to know what industries are generating these bills
(e.g. 25% telecom, 15% power companies, etc.).

Also worthy of great tipping is information about what companies are
currently printing these bills. The only name I have so far is Symcor,
who prints mostly bank statements. I'm looking only for the big-volume
names, but even three or four additional high-volume names (50MM+
printings) would be golden. I think some of this printing might be
internal to companies like Bell, but if so, evidence of this would be
great.
