I am trying to find out about unbiased,( i.e for a fee) information about how to provide golden handcuffs or some form of pension plan for key employees. While the 401K is open to all with a company match available to most employees, it does little to attract or keep key ( high sales) employees. Beyond cash bonuses and 401k's , I am looking for information on how to set up some form of "pension-like" product to encourage employees to join us and to stay and also to reward those that do, but most advice seems to come with strings attached ( (i.e life insurance products that the so called advisor benefits from). I am in the Bay area and am looking for well researched information un-biased or unconflicted by interests in any insurance products etc. Thanks |
