Where can I find recent home sale prices for Oakland County, Michigan?

I live in Fairfax County, VA -- Here's what I use:

Oakland County has a site similar to the Fairfax County site, except
that Oakland County charges users a fee for looking up property data:

Click on the 'Use a credit card' to get started -- you'll have to fish
around at the site to see which services provide the data closest to
what you need.


Another possibility is a real estate valuation site that's been
receiving a lot of favorable press as of late...zillow:

Searching is by city, so you'll have to choose a city in Oakland
County to search on.  I searched on sales in past 3 months for
Pontiac, MI and got over 100 hits, including:
