Can someone provide lists by state of Lawn and Landscaping firms that
offer Holiday Lighting services (installing Holiday lighting, etc)? 
We would like these lists to help determine the number of potential
customers our new business might have in Lawn and Landscaping firms.

I looked into this, and wonder if only firms in the Lawn and
Landscaping business enter the Holiday Lighting Service.  This is what
is implied in your question.  Wouldn't there be a number of companies
that do purely lighting, which do outdoor Holiday Lighting?
 
The reason I ask is that I searched in databases that track major
firms with these criteria, and found only one in the first category
and 26 in the latter. This was only a preliminary search into outdoor
lighting companies which have 'holiday' in their business
descriptions.
 
I also did a search on http://yp.yahoo.com (yellow pages) to find
local firms, and there were a number that popped.  Why don't you check
this to see if you can get what you need first.  I wouldn't know to
aggregate the yahoo outputs and cull it adequately.
 
Let me know if you want me to continue with my initial findings.
