I don't believe the solution for this puzzle exists, but I'm
inclined to believe it's a trick question, and the answer lies
in thinking outside the box.

Notice that the final question isn't, "Can you solve the riddle?",
but rather, "Can you guess the riddle?". While most people will
focus on the impossible combinations of characteristics in the
clues, they will ignore this discrepancy. Yet the simple answer
to the actual question, "Can you guess the riddle?" is:

The riddle is, "Who am I?"

Let me know if this satisfies your interests. I'm exceedingly
confident that it's the best answer you'll get.

I don't know the answer but keep thinking it must have something to do
with energy or the atom.

I'm not gong to guess what the riddle itself is, but as for one thing
which can be held to blame for all those phenomena, it plausibly can
be the origin of the Universe itself. From that, all else follows. >:)

PRESSURE

well that's my guess as to the answer of the riddle. It makes sense.

Pressure is wrong, because that is based on the assumption that the
pressure at the north pole is what causes it to be cold and therefore
why polar bears have the kind of hair that they have.

The actual answer is "no".
