Average number of small, privately owned retail operations on a
college campus (can include retailers such as clothing stores, music
stores, etc. - I would prefer to exclude restaurants, however if it is
too difficult to exclude, then just small, private businesses in
general will do). Basically I want to try to exclude the big guys like
Best Buy?s or McDonalds.
