$25 price of question = automatic, but please answer at least 3:
#1 answered = $25 tip
#2 answered = $25 tip
#3 answered = $5 tip
#4 answered = $10 tip
#5 answered = $10 tip
Total tips if all are answered = $75

1)	Industry outlook on the outsourced delivery industry. Examples include:
·	Deliveryexpress.com
·	Deliverynow.com
·	Deliverystream.com.
Numbers needed here: industry worth, growth rates of industry, future
projections of industry, any widely-recognized companies in this
industry, and any other pertinent ?Industry Outlook? related
information found.
·	Of those companies that comprise this industry, what is the average
number of transactions per year that they do per restaurant they are
affiliated with. I.e. if a company has 10 restaurants they deliver
orders for, and they did 100 deliveries last year, that would mean an
average of 10 deliveries per year, per restaurant they are affiliated
with.
2)	Industry outlook on the online food ordering redirecting industry.
Examples include:
·	Campusfood.com
·	Seamlessweb.com
·	Deliveru.com
·	Moneycops.com
·	Housing.wisc.edu
Numbers needed here: industry worth, growth rates of industry, future
projections of industry, any widely-recognized companies in this
industry, and any other pertinent ?Industry Outlook? related
information found. If an emphasis is found on the college sector in
any of the aforementioned categories, it would be very helpful.
·	Of those companies that comprise this industry, what is the average
number of transactions per year that they do per restaurant they are
affiliated with. I.e. if a company has 10 restaurants they take orders
for online, and they did 100 transactions last year, that would mean
an average of 10 transactions per year, per restaurant they are
affiliated with.
3)	Breakdown of average costs associated with food in a restaurant
(e.g. labor, overhead, PROFIT (most important), food cost (33-40% -
http://www.cbsc.org/servlet/ContentServer?cid=1110887385543&pagename=CBSC_MB/display&lang=en&c=GuideInfoGuide),
etc.) Also average price of a take out order in the US? I am primarily
looking for that of restaurants on a college campus (not meal plans
associated with institutions), but an overall average price would be
acceptable (i.e. the average price of any restaurant meal including
all genres of food). If take out specifically can?t be found, the
average meal price in any restaurant (eat-in, take-out, or delivered)
will suffice (please exclude any high end pricey restaurants, as they
do not compose my target market ? e.g. five star restaurants. National
chain restaurants would be fine).
4)	Buying patterns of restaurants and their POS systems. When do
restaurants generally switch, upgrade, or purchase altogether? What
factors drive them to purchase/switch POS systems?
5)	Average number of transactions per night (broken down to night of
the week if possible) resulting in delivery from all food delivery
restaurants (Dominos, local private pizza shops, etc.)
