Anyone know any specific places for thess activities in the Cinque
Terre?  An indoor or outdoor lap pool is needed.  Any specific trails?

You can walk or run all along the coast of Cinque terra in Italy. I
don't know about lap pools, but if you go in the summer, you can swim
in the sea.

If you are looking to run trails on the ocean side of Cinque Terre, I
would definitely reccomend walking/running the entire 11-kilometer
trail, Sentiero Azzuro.  It is by far the best and most scenic, in my
opinion.  As for lap pools, I'm afraid I don't personally know of any
in the Cinque Terre area.
