I would like to know the uses of copper isotope powder(Cu 63/65)which
is non-radioactive and ultra pure (greater than 99.997%). This product
is offered for sale on many commercial sites at prices of over $3000
per gram.  (http://www.tradekey.com/ks-copper-powder/)

Web sites such as the following define uses for electrolytic copper
(less pure -up to 99.7% purity) in electrical and thermal conductors
but I can?t imagine using the very expensive isotope for these uses.
(http://www.mitsui-kinzoku.co.jp/project/kinoufun/en/denkai/m_denkai.html)

My simplified questions are:
1. What are the specific uses for ultra pure copper isotope and
2. What companies use this product?

I think you are confusing chemical purity with isotopic.

Is explanation of the difference an answer?

The powder of copper is used in various
industrial productions: Mechanical engineering; Electronics; Radio-structure;
manufacturing of the Equipment; structure of Aircraft; the chemical industry;
Special manufacturing; activity of Research and other branches. Researches in
the field of manufacturing the electric equipment in Germany have shown, that
term of operation of rotors in the electric motors made with use copper PMU
repeatedly exceeds term of operation.
