Have you tried calling the prison directly for the Inmate Number?

Also, you may be able to find the number online at this inmate search tool:

but there is a $10.00 fee for searching, so I didn not undertake it myself.

I have not called the prison directly, only for the fact that he is a
convicted serial killer, I just assumed the information would not be
given out.  Although it is a good idea, I may try if all other methods
do not net me an answer.
