I Was Driving on a Back Rroad and I konw For a fact I was'nt Going
Faster than 5 Mph over the 35 Posted Limit.I passed the officer and
went 300 yds to a Stop Sign.Came to a full stop and put on signal and
turned then came the Red and blues.Now I've turned, officer telling me
I was going 16 Mph over the speed limit. and he used ENRRAD.I cant see
how this is fact.when I know the difference between 40 mph and 51 Mph.
