As a pre-requisite, I suppose that you seek to immigrate to Canada as
a "skilled worker", which includes higher education graduates.

According to Canadian immigration regulations, the assessment of your
education is based upon two factors:

- The total number of years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies
- The highest of the educational credentials earned

When adding up the years of your education, the result is 14 years. I
assume that these 14 years of education you enjoyed correspond to what
Canadian Citizenship and Immigration Canada considers "full-time or
full-time equivalent studies". So, in your particular case, the first
factor are 14 years of education.

The highest degree you earned is the Bachelor of Sciences. This should
equal what the Canadian regulations define as "a university degree of
two years or more at the bachelor's level".

Thus, the factors for the point calculation are:
- 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies
- A university degree of two years at the bachelor's level

For this particular level of education you will be awarded 20 points.
