my first daughter is using her dad's last name but we are not married. i am trying to put her last name to my name. the thing is i am pregnant right now with my second one and i want this baby to use my last name. is it possible for my first one to be in my name?coz i want my 2 kids to have the same name.

The larger issue here has to do with who the child identifies with. Ir she has a relationship with her father you might want to consider letting her use his mame. BTW you never say how old your daughter is. Also, and this is a moral judgement, your kids, and probably you, would be better off if you were married and they had a father and then none of this would be an issue.
