my first daughter is using her dad's last name but we are not married.
i am trying to put her last name to my name. the thing is i am
pregnant right now with my second one and i want this baby to use my
last name. is it possible for my first one to be in my name?coz i want
my 2 kids to have the same name.

Unless her name is legally changed in court, your daughter's
legal name is the one on her birth certificate. As an 
unmarried mother the right to decide what name is given for
the birth certificate is yours.

The larger issue here has to do with who the child identifies with. 
Ir she has a relationship with her father you might want to consider
letting her use his mame.  BTW you never say how old your daughter is.
 Also, and this is a moral judgement, your kids, and probably you,
would be better off if you were married and they had a father and then
none of this would be an issue.
