My sister is homeless in California.  She is mentally ill, mentally
retarded and has an addiction problem.  I am trying to find a way to
transfer a ticket to her.  I have the hope of bringing her to Chatt
and obtain the help she needs .

Plugged "Chatt" into google an got way too much info.  Chatt, TX, or
Chattenuga TN or ?  Need gas money or plane bus fare?
