I am a Greencard holder. I am expecting to be naturalized end of this
year. Should I file spouse visa for my spouse now or after I become
naturalized?
Are there any pros and cons...

If I decide to file spouse visa as a Greencard holder, can I do
consular processing for the I-130 application. Is it faster?
