I am helping in the revision of a book and many of the facts used are
out of date. Most of these were current in 1994-1995 so if we could
get the most current information for the new edition that would be
fantastic.

1. According to USA Today, as many as 96 percent of adults ages 25?44
are ?very interested? in owning their own business.

2. Today, more than 42.3 million people work at home, full- or
part-time, as self-employed business entrepreneurs or telecommuters.

3. How many people are self employed today?

4. How many employees were shed from fortune 500 companies during the last decade?

5. Since 1965, U.S. corporations have built more that 1,800
plants?employing more than 500,000 workers?in neighboring Mexico
alone. That figure is expected to climb to almost 4,500 plants by
1997, according to projections by the Secretariat of Commerce and
Industrial Development in Mexico City

6. Labor Department statistics show that in 1994 the median private
pension for married men was $4,562 a year, or less that $88 a week;
for married women it was $2,389 a year, or $45.94 a week.

7. According to the Federal Reserve and the Bureau of Labor
Statistics, corporate debt climbed from $10,000 per employee in 1950,
to $23,387 per employee by the end of the 1980s.

8. Corporations removed $21 billion from their employees? pension
plans during the 1980s; overall, nearly 2,000 corporations dipped into
employee pension funds for at least $1 million each,? write
Philadelphia Inquirer investigative reporters Donald Barlett and James
Steele in their Pulitzer Prize-winning book, America: What Went Wrong?

9. By the end of 1995, 44 percent of all U.S. households had an
income-producing or after-hours home office, generating revenue of
approximately $382.5 billion annually

10. World-Wide Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA)
reported international sales of $72.18 billion. That amount has grown
by more than $9 billion since 1987 in the U.S. Alone.

11. ******* In 2004, 13.6 million Americans and ___ million people in
more that 125 countries were estimated to have earned an income from
Network Marketing Direct Sales, and those numbers continue to grow at
the rate of 150,000 new people per week!

Hello Taylorc,

It's usually best to break up a multipart question. You might want to
consider canceling this question, and instead posting 11 separate
questions.

You are more likely to get an answer to some of your questions if you do so.

For example, I found answers to two questions; however I won't be able
to post an answer unless I find answers to all 11 parts of your
question.
