I voluntarily dismissed a Chapter 13 personal case on May 5, 2003 in
Georgia. A Credit Card company claims that this dismissal is a
"automatic reaffirmation" of that debt. But for this "automatic
reaffirmation" the statute of limitations has run. Does the dismissal
of the case, absent anything else, act as an automatic reaffirmation?
Can I cite any authority to bolster my argument?
