According to the book "The Knot Book of Wedding Flowers", the Dutch Tulip, which comes in a range of colors including orange, represents a "declaration of love, honesty, happy years, memory." Here is a link to a picture of the orange Dutch Tulip: http://community.webshots.com/photo/38578262/1515811839012820586CfYzfN The snapshot of the book can be found on Google books: http://books.google.com/books?vid=ISBN0811832635&id=2wDvhlNE7-cC&pg=PA163&lpg=PA163&dq=orange+tulip&sig=lzILIVl1TaeMcAc6kCx1q2YoL3Q I hope this helps! =) |
