I was caught by Indiana "State Police" for speeding at 103 MPH on a 70
MPH zone on I80 West South Bend Indiana. My licence is from Delaware.
So this is an out of state offense.

I have to schedule a court hearing in next 30 days. Please suggest me
how to handle this.

Officer didn't tell number of points or fine amount. 

This is my first traffic offense till date in the past 18 months of Driving.

I found this Delaware State Compact information, but it looks like it
doesn't apply to me.
