I am trying to determine what system/database can be used to determine
if a prospective new employee is a former employee of a fiscal
intermediary for purposes of reporting to to the Secretary of the
Department of Health and Human Services.  From what I can tell a
search in the FACIS (www.facis.com)database does not include this.  I
also reviewed Sanctioncheck (www.sanctioncheck.com) and it does not
seem to include this either.
