I have three arrest records for which all have been sealed. Two of them were dimsissed and one I pleasd guilty, did community service and also sealed. Though when fingerprinted for new jobs, the prints come back clean from the FBI. Background checks is another problem. Somehow those always find them. I also have various summons that I plead guilty to "disorderly conduct" as bargain, paid a fine and was on my way. These also are always found by background checks. All of these were at the least 6 years ago and at the most 10 years ago Is there a way to expunge all of these records once and for all by myself without paying thousands of dollars to a lawyer who spends a few hours filling out some forms |
