writing is in the bottom corners of the pictures.

Ok, it opened for me now. However, it is very difficult to make out
the writing. Could you perhaps post a clearer photo of just the
corners where the writing is? Thanks.

The lettering almost looks like carvings. Have you tried making a
rubbing to bring out the letters?

From the shape of the letters I have a fairly reasonable suspicion as
to what language it is even though it is somewhat vague and hard to
make out. When you post your new closeup image I'll see if it can be
translated.
