Price varies by quantity -- the per-pound cost of a sack of fertilizer
from the garden store is priced differently than buying by the
trainload.

I am in search of the per ton cost of each product.  If helpful, the
region is New Orleans, LA.  I am also looking for the price per ton by
barge from New Orleans, LA.
