Is previous conviction a viction at a previous date and proceding or
can it be another one in the same proceding?  If one is charged with
three Theft I in one indictment and convicted, is this three
convictions and then one can get 3 x 13 months in jail?  What is same
conduct and episide in RPO ?  Are three thefts I of the same nature
considered same criminal conduct and episode?
