HI, i'm looking for a forum provider that I can apply and upgrade with
U.S. Dollars. I sure can find some provider in China like
www.getbbs.com, but to upgrade the forum i applied, i have to pay in
Chinese money. But I'm here in the U.S. Then i searched many U.S.
forum hosts like phpbb, but they dont support Chinese and the
functions just not close to what most chinese forums looks like. So
i'm looking for a forum that i can upgrade to premiem user, can pay by
U.S. Dollars, and have the functions like most of the Chinese forums
such as moderator give credits to member when they post a nice post or
somthing. Preferably a chinese forum provider yet accepts U.S. Dollars
