I have a rapidly growing, niche small business. There have been
situations involving vendors and other entities that have caused money
damages to my buiness over the last year and I expect future problems
to arise from time-to-time as I've learned that it is unrealistic to
expect business dealings to run smoothly all the time.

The problem I am having is when I attempt to recoup these money
damages from other businesses/entities. My business is a C-Corp, I am
the president and 100% shareholder (there are no other
officers)however, in NYC, I am NOT allowed to file legal proceedings
WITHOUT an attorney. So my altenative is to file pro-se under my
personal name or get a license to practice law. I have filed pro-se
motions before and I have been successful in arguing and presenting
evidence in court - most times, far better than the defending
attorney.

My desired goal is to be able to file motions, represent and argue for
my buiness, please answer these questions with this goal in my mind.

QUESTION #1
Does the legal capability to file legal proceedings and argue in court
WITHOUT an attorney for my business exist in any state?

QUESTION #2
Can I can get a license to practice law in NYS WITHOUT schooling?
(I've read that in NYS, a person can take the Bar Exam WITHOUT
schooling).

QUESTION #3
What states in the US - if any - will allow a person the opportunity
to get a license to practice law WITHOUT schooling?

QUESTION #4
I need to know the reciprocity for each state that allows someone to
get a license to practice law WITHOUT a license.
