I have a small software company in Costa Rica.  I want to get outsourced jobs and
investment in order to produce software for other companies.  What I
want from Google Answers:
1. Resources (sites, documents) of companies seeking companies to
outsource software to.
2. Actual companies in the market for a service like mine.
