I need links to sample proposals for SBIR grants. I'm only interested
in grants for computer software products, and I need the full
proposal, not just the abstract.

I'm fairly familiar with SBIR, and as far as I know, proposals are not
published or made public, as they may contain confiential business
information.

However, there is some detailed guidance material available for
putting together a project proposal. Have you seen this? If not,
would it suit your needs as an answer to your question?

Let me know.

Thanks... I'd only be interested in the proposals themselves. I've
seen a few companies/organizations post their own proposals online,
just haven't seen any for software projects (actually, I did see one
online, but they wanted me to register with their site to download it,
and their registration process seems to be broken.)

Thanks for the feedback...that actually helped quite a bit.

Take a look at this online SBIR proposal:

SBIR Phase I Proposal
Mission to a Virtual Solar System: a 3D Multi-user Internet Portal

Does that do the trick?

adamattcha-ga,

It's not often I get to hear 'perfect'! -- glad to know that the link
above hit the nail on the head.

There don't appear to be many other full proposals posted online, and
even fewer dealing with software. The ones that may be of use to you
are:

http://www.cs.odu.edu/~cpi/cpi-2-f2004/gpu/sbir411.doc
Graphical Asymmetrical Processing Project

and

http://www.digitalspace.com/proposals/
Project Proposals by Digital Space
[these are the same folks as my earlier posting...take a look at all
their proposals to see what's most relevant]

Hope that does the trick...let me know if there's anything else you need.
