I'm looking for a quotation from a recent magazine article. It may have
been The Economist, although I tried searching their site without
finding it. The sense of the quote was: "In what country but the USA
would the government commit to spending $700 million on an increased
drug benefit for senior citizens and they complain about it?". The
quote was in relation to Medicare Part D but I'm not sure the program
was mentioned specifically (or not right with the quote). I believe I
read it in the past 3 or 4 months; it would not have been longer than
6 months. I'd like the exact quote, the publication it came from and
the date.
