i read somewhere on the net that a YAG-laser can be used to minimize the appearance of dark under-eye circles that are caused by genetic hyperpigmentation (not lack of sleep, etc). but i haven't been able to find further corroboration. first off, is this true? if so, is this treatment available for drak-skinned people as well? i'm not interested in vitamin-e, cucumber, tea bags, or over the counter fade creams -- none have worked for me. seeking a medical solution and pref advice from a cosmetic dermatologist. thank you. |
