I'm wanting to get a tattoo of the word "warrior" in reference of someone who is engaged or experienced in battle. I want it written in Arabic, but cant find the written translation of the word. I dont want the translation to be in reference to a religous warrior or some sort, but just the word warrior. So what i am needing is to see the written translation of the word "warrior" in arabic.

Hi mattyras, The translation for "warrior" is "muharreb", written like this: ????? The font used in Google Answers is quite small. Therefore, to increase the arabic text for better viewing, copy and paste it into a Word Document. Then highlight and increase the font size. Search strategy: Personal knowledge of the Arabic language. I hope this is helpful. Best regards, Rainbow

If I were going to have a tattoo in Arabic, I would try to find someone who could write the word in one of the calligraphy scripts - or at least use letters from a source other than standard "word" font. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arabic_calligraphy http://www.islamicart.com/main/calligraphy/styles/deewani.html I don't know how or if this can be done here. |
