Hello gestalt77-ga,

Do you have an absolute requirement that the companies must be in Kiev
or Bucharest? You might get better results if you expand the search to
all of the Ukraine and Bulgaria. Do you have experience with
outsourcing to these countries? Have you already searched for these
companies on your own? What were the results? Can you tell us anything
else that will help with the search?

Thanks for the follow up. Kiev and Bukarest would be preferren, but
excellent choices outside the captials would also be fine. Yes, I have
some outsourcing experience and have found some candidates already.
I'm already in Kiev, will fly to Bukarest at Wed. So at this point,
mainly Bukarest links would be appreciated.
