Hello Bidoux,

What do you mean by crashing within 3 years? For example:
 - The machine if powered on & operating for 3 years and "stops
working" (requiring reboot) at least once
 - The machine stops working (requiring warantee repair) after the
initial warantee ends but within 3 years
 - or something else
The answer will vary based on the type of "crashing" you are interested in.

The question cannot be answered with any degree of certainty.

I would say, however, that Apples track record of assembling hardware
has proven to be pretty good and with a *NIX base, the computer as a
whole should be pretty reliable as long as the software being
installed on it is reliable.
