Hi sir/madam,

I am software Engineer. I want to compose an email (Good bye to the
current company), I worked at client place for over 2 years and I am
leaving this company now by giving very short (4-6 days) notice coz I
got another offer and I want to write an email to every one saying
how much I care people in
the company and their support through the project and at the same time
I am feeling sorry for leaving the company by giving short notice.

I want to compose the email on monday morning (April 24th 2006)by 9.30
AM to every one, by framing the sentences correctly etc.
I am looking forward in hearing from you.

Thanks
K

email is a cold way to leave. Better to buy everyone pizza, Post a
card on the bulliton board. To some extent as soon as people know you
are leaving, they will think you dead. They can be very awkward when
you try to say good bye.

Red Fox has jumped in the right direction but rather than a pizza how
about a cream cake or some other small treat?

Dear Friends; (or whatever)

Sometimes an opportunity is presented that cannot be ignored. This
has happened to me. I have accepted a new challenge (with abc
company, optional)and will be leaving xyz company.

I would not be in this position without the experiences I've had here
at xyz company. I am greatful and blessed to have been part of such
an amazing team. Thanks to each of your for your friendship and
support.

My last day in the office will be April 29.

Keep it short and simple. If you have more to say, do it personally
to each individual. Email lasts forever, don't type crap that can
haunt you later on.
