I wish to know the practical method (as is used) that will allow me to powder coat M.D.F. (Medium Density Fiberboard) using my own standard powder coating equipment. Manufacturers in the UK have been using this method instead of painting to reduce preperation times. (sanding and priming etc) The answer will include information of additional equipment if required to complete the above objective. I also need this information in a format I can readily understand. So as far as is reasonable I would expect technical equasion/terms etc to be iterpreted for layman reading. I also need to know additional materials by content and action so that I can source - i.e. a trade name in US is of little use in UK unless I know its equiv action. |
