How much is an original two volume "Daniel H. Burnham, Architect,
Planner of Cities" written by Charles Moore and signed by Daniel
Burnham and his brother worth?  It is in excellent condition.  It is
copyrighted 1921 and the signature is dated 1945.

Unsigned 1st edition sets are available for 3 to 4 hundred dollars. 
Is your set 1st edition?  Publisher was Houghton - Mifflin?
