Not an answer, just some comments:

It is possible that there are living relatives of William Francis
("Willie") Sutton since he had four siblings (however, his sister
Agnes who was only one year younger than him died when he was still a
little child).

His other younger sister, Helen, was the relative he lived with untill
his death in 1980 (she assumed the last name Mottola, most likely
through marriage). I believe that she was born in about 1907 or 1908,
but it it is also possible that she is a person with the birthdate
1913 I found in the Social Security Death Index. If the latter is
true, she died in 1983. It is unknown to me whether she had children.

William F. Sutton was married twice, and according to his obituary he
had one daughter, Jeane. Her whereabouts were not made public in 1980,
and it is not clear whether she is alive now or whether she had
children.

I believe that finding out about living relatives of W. F. Sutton will
not be easy at all. Maybe my colleagues will do better than I. For
additional research, it might prove helpful to know that the maiden
name of Sutton's mother was Mary Ellen Bowles.
