Built where? Worldwide, in the USA, in the EU?

What, to you, qualifies as a supercomputing facility? After all,
Apple is still using 1 Gflop theoretical throughput as a definition of
supercomputer in their advertising. Is your criterion based on
performance, or is any large cluster fair game?

Given that a large cluster can take years to install, are you
interested in the commission date, completion date, certification
date?
