I am looking for all of the SEC Form 4 filings between 1999 and 2002
for Titan Pharmaceuticals (AMEX:TTP).  This should include filings not
listed on the SEC's Edgar site.

You should be able to collect this information by visiting the SEC's
offices in Washington or maybe through a search of the "Disclosure
SEC" database.  I know of at least 1 filing not listed in the Edgar
archives, so I will be looking for a response that includes at least
that filing (and hopefully others).

Hi Sunnybeach-ga

I have a list of 25 movements of insider activity for Titan
Pharmaceutical between 1999 and 2002.
I do not have the actual Form 4 for those movements, just the
headlines in the following format

10/03/2002 Bucalo, Louis R., CB Bought (D) 200,000 shs. Price:$1.51
Now Holds:300,231 direct shares.

These are many more movements than I could find on the Edgar site and
the specific filing you are fter could be included in the list I have.
It would be helpful if you could tell me the date of that filing.

Let me know if this would be enough or if you need the actual form 4

Hi,

Thanks for your inquiry.  I need more than what is listed on the Edgar
site.

Some of the form 4's filed in 2000 did not have electronic reporting
requirements, so they are not in SEC's Edgar database at all.

You'll have to use a source besides Edgar that lists all the paper
filings to get all the data.  In fact, I would even settle for just
all the filings not listed on Edgar, since I can retrieve the Edgar
filings myself.

I apologize if I didn't make myself clear in my request of
clarification. Let me try again.
I have a source (that is not Edgar) that lists 25 insider trading
operations between 1999
and 2002 for Titan Pharmaceutical (Edgar only has 14).
However for those 25 operations I do not have the actual Form 4 but
only the outlines of the operations
consisting of 

date
name of the person 
type of the operation (buy, sell ...)
number of shares
price per share
number of shares still held by the person

I wanted to know from you if this outline would be enough or if you
need the actual Form 4
I also wanted to know the details of the filing that you know is not
listed on Edgar so that I can tell
if that filing is included in the list I have.

Hey, hey!  Now we're talking.

The deciding factor will be what's reported on October 1-5, 2000.  You
should find some kind of an option related transaction in that date
range by Louis R Bucalo.

If you have the details of that transaction in the list, then your
list is what I need!  If you like, you can show the details of that
particular transaction and I can verify it since I know that data
point.

Sorry sunnybeach-ga, no transactions by Mr Bucalo in October 2000 in
my list.
The only transaction I have for the date you suggested is the
following

From 10/03/2000 to 10/04/2000 Mr Huckel, Hubert E., Director Sold
50,100 direct shares at prices from $51.98 to $59.52 He still holds
36,500 direct shares.

Sorry, then I think your source must not include all data from the
form 4 filings.

I'm not sure what you're using, but as I mentioned before, I think the
only way to find this information is through proprietary database
products not available freely on the web or through a visit to the SEC
offices.

Not true.  The YAHOO! and most other standard information sources
exclude certain types of transactions.  I want specifically all of the
SEC form 4 filings, not the reported transactions from a 3rd party
service.

Please explain what the title of Form 4 is.  Is it the same as F4 or
different from that?  Where is this company based and are you looking
for financial information that is related to a foreign entity?

Form 4 details transactions by insiders and is required to go on file
with the SEC whenever an applicable transaction takes place.

It is not an F4 and it is not related to foreign entities.

If you don't recognize what the form is, please don't answer.  As I
mentioned, the data may be available from a the "Disclosure SEC"
database or from going to the SEC offices in person.
