I am trying tio find a reliable and relatively inexpensive car service
to take me from airport and manhattan office.

I'm sure a taxi cab would be glad to drive you from LGA to wherever
you need to go in the city. Or, as a cheaper alternative take the city
bus to the subway station in downtown Queens, and train it over to
Manhattan.
