Is a 1975 pontiac 350 big block engine a normal 350 bored out?

Standard bore and stroke for a 350 is 4.000 x 3.48. If you bored it
out the maximum (0.060), keeping the same stroke, you get a 360 cid.
By definition a 350 IS NOT a "big block".
