Have a look at the Commonwealth of Australia's official government
"Australian Bureau of Statistics" web-site at

www.abs.gov.au

There is extensive information there about population statistics and
demographics both nationally and by states and regions.

I'm sure you will at least find the raw figures even if you have to
calculate the percentages.
