What do you mean by "financial ratios"? I would guess you're
referring to gross income v. expenses, but this would depend on how
much a provider charged for services.

On the operating costs front, do you want ongoing costs, capital
costs, startup costs, or all three?

By financial ratios, I am hoping that someone knows industry average
standard ratios that get reported for many different industries and
services, but in this case for the web hosting industry. See for
example www.bizstats.com, select one of the business types on the main
page, enter a revenue figure and see what gets reported. In this case
it is mainly expenses per revenue. I am looking for similar results,
but for hosting.

My interest is primarily in ongoing expenses and particularly
identifying the big expenses for web hosting. For example, I 'd like
to know how big a hit customer support is. Does this help? Thank you
for your efforts on this.
