We have a Irrevocable Trustee in charge of our estate now that my grandmother died and they are undervaluing certain assests and hiding others all for personal gain in Broward County Florida. She is married to one of three beneficaries and using her pull to totally benefit him. We probably have to do a motion to the probate court to exam the books, but what are the conditions or criteria that are need to for the court to find negligence of the Trustee and it possible to get rid of her Irrevocable Trustee position and ask for a neutral party to handle it. |
