I repaired the wire on my PetSafe radio fence the other day. I
accidently left the transmitter outside and it got wet. Will it work
again after it dries out? It clearly states to keep it indoors and
dry, but I was able to dry out a wet ipod and that worked again.

Please see my answer to this similar question, having to do with
(coincidentally), a wet ipod. The suggestions I made there should
be applicable to your transmitter, as well.
