1) Mortgage origination activity in that market 
            A) Purchase money mortgages 
            B) Cash-out refinances 
            C) Rate/term refinances 
2) Housing starts 
3) New/existing home sales 
4) Mortgage product preferences 
            A) Shorter-term duration ARMs vs. longer-term ARMs (vs. fixed) 
5) Second home purchases 


I have tried the National Association of Realtors who passed me on to
the Chicago Association but I haven't heard anything yet and I need
information by Moonday the 1st. I have a call into National Mortgage
News but haven't heard anything from them yet either.
