I am an international student majoring in pharmacy and currenly
enrolled in a community college in the US.  I would like to know if
there are any reliable (not a scam) organizations or banks that will
sponser or loan me money to pay for my school with a guarantee that i
will pay it back after my graduation?  If not, would it be easier to
find these sources if i have my brother who is a US citizen cosign for
me?  Could you include the interest rate that they charge for the
loan, Thanks.
