What are the rules/laws regarding the use or sale of a domain that
includes a trademark (i.e., xbox4less.com)?

I registered several domains with the word xbox in the name (i.e.,
xbox4less.com, xbox-r-us.com). What are the rules or laws regarding
the use of these domains for either selling xbox equipment /services
or selling these domain names to interested third parties?
