Hi,
Is there any way if i have multiple email accounts to individually
select which one to send/recieve using outlook 2003, instead of
creating new users. This is a business computer and a couple of people
will be using this laptop in the field, so it would be nice for them
to be able to check their email, but I would prefer not to create new
users, because they will be sharing files.

It is possible to have multiple Email accounts under one user.. Could
you clarify on this?

Just one account on the computer, so why not keep things simple and
make another "Shared Folder" under C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Shared Documents.

Or they could all have their own folder there? What do you mean
"sharing files"? Installed programs? or documents/presentations...?

In either case they can just make sure they keep things organized and
they each know what belongs to whom...
